Getting back in the swing of it.

No I didn’t disapear.

Let’s see in the past of couple month my daughter totaled her care, She did’nt get hurt, thank GOD, I had to take a trip to San Fransisco for a week that included the flight from hell, fought a flu bug for two weeks and been pretty busy with my band, family and work. So needless to say it has been hectic.

I do have to say one thing. Going back to the flight from hell to San Francisco. I totally agree with the pilot who kicked Kevin Smith off the flight for being too fat for one seat. Why you ask? On my flight from Jacksonville to Houston I had to sit next to someone like that, who also hadn’t bathed. He spilled over into my seat and sweated all over me on top of that. The plain was full and I could not move anywhere. I spent half of the flight gasping for air and actually had to get up and stand in the isle. When I hit Houston all I could think of was a shower but I still had to get on another plane to S.F. People, both health and hygiene are important.

Once I got to S.F. it was much better. It was my first time there and the city is beautiful. The were great places to see and we ate a lot. Honestly I will admit that I over did it. The trip would have been better if it wasn’t raining everyday but one. So with the weather and travel I got the flu. When I returned home I dealt with that for two weeks so I missed a lot of working out and wanted to get back at it.

I decided to get back into the swing of things. You know kettlebells. Let me tell you if you have been out of it the best thing to do is start swinging a kettlebell. I felt it and man did I MISS IT.

Today was quick and to the point. Another thing that I like about kettlebells.

So here is tonights work. My goal was to get in 300 reps.
